Marwan Al Sarkal
His Excellency Marwan Bin Jassim Al Sarkal is the Founder and CEO of Chapter 3 and is responsible for all advisory, development and investment activities across the company.
Previously, as the Executive Chairman of Sharjah Investment & Development Authority (Shurooq), Marwan has been integral to the success since its inception in 2009 and has played an exemplary role in realizing the vision of Ruler of Sharjah Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Muhammad Al Qasimi and Sheikha Bodour Bint Sultan Al Qasimi of establishing the organization as the driving force behind the transformation of Sharjah as a key investment, tourism, and business destination in the region.
He advises and serves on the boards of numerous companies globally in technology, mobility, and agriculture.
Marwan is a graduate of Business Administration from the Higher College of Technology Dubai, UAE.
